What this website collects
No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking. Data reaches us only when you type it into a form. The sample request form collects your name, work email, company, role and any message. The newsletter form collects your email address.
Why it is collected and on what basis
Sample request data answers your request and lets us contact you about the briefing you asked for, on the basis of that request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Newsletter subscriptions rest on your consent, given when you confirm.
The newsletter
The China AI2X Briefing is sent through Beehiiv, which stores subscriber addresses and delivery statistics on its own infrastructure. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes server logs including IP addresses in order to deliver it. The newsletter runs on Beehiiv.
How long it is kept
Enquiry data is kept as long as the business relationship or the prospect of one lasts, and deleted on request. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, and object to processing. One email to contact@asiawaypoint.com is enough.
